A sequence of easy yoga exercises, for optimal stretching and deep relaxation. Fun to do together!
❤ Partner Massages (or Dads’ Need Massage Too)
Moms learn a simple shiatsu massage routine, to be given in a sitting and floor position. It is designed to give the pregnant mom a workout to strengthen her back, hips, and thighs, as well as nurturing the partner.
❤ Pregnancy Massage
You will learn a very effective massage sequence that is designed to relax and relieve common discomforts throughout pregnancy.
❤ Labor Massage
Massage techniques, positions, and acupressure points to assist in the process of labor — an invaluable part of this course!
❤ Newborn & Infant Massage
Studies have shown many benefits to the newborn and infant when massage is
performed daily for 15 minutes a day. Learn how to relieve your baby’s stress,
increase body weight, strengthen the immune system as well as receiving the added relaxation benefit to the giver.
